Experiential Leadership Development
A leadership development program built for the future.
A 6-week program where leaders build the skills the AI era demands, on problems that are real.
Let’s discover the Sostibl Leader in you.
Who We Are
Sostibl’s Impact Innovation Hub is the only leadership program built around the human experience.
We find the leader in you, the one who can thrive in any environment and take on whatever the industry throws at you.
Our Approach
Built on real stakes, not simulations.
No case studies. No role-play. For six weeks, leaders team up with young innovators on a problem that’s actually real. Weeks 1 through 5 run remote: teams form, learn the frameworks, and start building. Week 6 moves to Guinea, where the work gets done on the ground, the hardest week of the program, and the one that matters most.
The community keeps what gets built. The leader keeps the skill. That’s the trade we engineered for, because growth happens on the job, not in a classroom.
Real pressure. Real growth.
The Key Differentiator
One program. Two outcomes you can verify.
Most leadership development asks you to take it on faith that something changed. Ours doesn’t have to. In our pilot, leaders and young innovators didn’t role-play a problem, they shipped one: a web app that cut a school’s parent-outreach time from hours to minutes and launched two careers along the way. No client logos needed when the product speaks for itself.
That same logic shows up in the numbers. Companies that build leadership this way see lower turnover and sharply higher engagement, and most executives already believe the approach works.
52%
lower turnover among newer employees
5x
greater engagement than non-participants
92%
of executives say it builds leadership capability
It’s why Chief People Officers, Heads of L&D, senior executives, and mission-driven companies pick Sostibl over a program that only proves one side of the story.
Mona Soni, Founder
After years as a CTO, Mona stepped back and found the work that actually mattered on the other side: a seat on the board of RTE, and time spent with young innovators in Guinea. Watching leaders and communities solve real problems together, on the ground, with no playbook, showed her what no classroom could teach.
That’s where Sostibl came from. She built the program she wished she’d had.
