Executive Leadership Development
Impact Innovation Hub
A leadership development program built for the future
A 6-week program where your executives build the skills the AI era demands by solving real problems alongside young innovators from underserved communities. Your leaders develop. A community gains. Every dollar does both jobs.
Why this exists
AI changed what leadership is.
Training hasn’t caught up.
Your managers aren’t just managing people anymore. They’re orchestrating AI workflows, solving problems nobody has seen before, and leading through uncertainty with no playbook.
Yet most leadership development still looks like it did 30 years ago: classrooms, case studies, simulations. Research shows formal training unlocks just 10% of a leader’s potential. The other 90% takes real experience, with real problems, real stakes, and real people.
That’s what we built.
How it works
Six weeks. Real problems. Real people.
Your executives team up with young innovators from underserved communities to solve problems those communities actually face.
Weeks 1–6 · Hybrid
Teams form, learn problem-solving frameworks, and work directly with the community to deliver solutions that last. Live sessions plus async sprints, end to end.
Travel is optional. Leaders who want to work on the ground can. The full program runs without a flight.
No case studies. No role plays. The pressure is real, and so is the learning.
What your leaders gain
Six skills for the post-AI era.
Earned, not taught.
By the end of the program, your leaders have demonstrated these capabilities under real conditions, not described them in a workshop.

It works
Simple solutions. Enormous impact.
In our pilot, young innovators working with experienced leaders built a web app that lets school staff message hundreds of parents in under a minute, in a community where most people rely on text messages, not smartphones. Communication time dropped from hours to minutes. Costs fell. Engagement rose. Young developers launched careers.
That’s the model working: your leaders sharpen their skills on problems that matter, and the community keeps the results.
What you get
Measured growth. Lasting impact.
