- Name, work email address, company name, and any message you submit via our contact form
- Booking details (name, email, and selected time) when you schedule a call via Calendly
Website usage data
- Basic site analytics collected by WordPress.com and Jetpack (page views, approximate location by country, referring URL, browser type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
- We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other third-party advertising or tracking technologies.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies set by WordPress.com and Jetpack for essential site functionality (e.g., remembering form submissions, security). We do not use advertising or profiling cookies. You can control cookie settings in your browser at any time.
3. How we use your data
We use the personal data you provide solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry or arrange a discovery call
- Send you information about the Sostibl Corporate Leadership Programme that you have requested
- Fulfil any agreement we enter into with you or your organisation

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email mona.soni@sostibl.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
CCPA rights (California residents)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion of their personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, email mona.soni@sostibl.com. We will respond within 45 days.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Our website is hosted on WordPress.com, which maintains industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (HTTPS).
