Proprietary frameworks
The following are proprietary to Sostibl LLC and may not be reproduced, adapted, or used without express written permission:
- Sostibl Catalyst Index™ — the assessment framework and scoring methodology used to evaluate program outcomes across three streams. The Sostibl Catalyst Index framework and all associated materials are protected by copyright; a copyright registration application has been filed with the United States Copyright Office. The ™ symbol reflects Sostibl LLC’s proprietary claim to this mark.
- Sostibl Convergence Score™ — the composite leadership impact score produced at program completion, including its methodology, rubric, and all associated assessment materials. A trademark registration application for the Sostibl Convergence Score is currently pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The ™ symbol is used to reflect this active application; the mark may not be used by any third party without express written permission from Sostibl LLC.
Organizations that complete the program receive a verified Sostibl Convergence Score™ for each participant. You may reference and share individual scores for internal reporting, board communications, and external talent or ESG disclosures. You may not replicate, license, or commercialize the scoring methodology itself.
4. Program engagement
Engagement with the Sostibl Corporate Leadership Program is subject to a separate written agreement between Sostibl LLC and your organization. That agreement governs pricing, cohort composition, delivery schedule, assessment terms, and Founding Partner conditions (where applicable). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed program agreement, the program agreement takes precedence.
Payment
Program fees are structured as an L&D investment and are invoiced per the terms set out in your program agreement. All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms, cancellation provisions, and refund conditions are specified in the program agreement.
No guarantee of outcomes
Sostibl provides a structured and independently assessed program designed to develop leadership capability. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, promotions, or performance improvements as a result of participation. Individual Convergence Scores reflect demonstrated behaviors during the program and are assessed independently and impartially.
5. Founding Partner terms
Organizations joining as Founding Partners agree to: permit Sostibl to publicly name them as a Founding Partner; participate in a post-program case study (subject to approval before publication); and provide structured feedback on program delivery. Founding Partner terms are confirmed in the program agreement and apply in addition to these Terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sostibl LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our programs, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by your organization to Sostibl LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim.
