Mona Soni
Founder & CEO
Mona Soni is the founder and CEO of Sostibl, and one of the few people building leadership development from the inside out. Two decades in enterprise tech, then a board seat that led her to Guinea, taught her that the skills the AI era demands can’t be learned in a classroom. They have to be lived.

She spent more than two decades in enterprise technology, including as Chief Technology Officer at S&P Global and senior roles at Dow Jones, Amplify, Intent Media, and Thoughtworks, leading digital transformation at a scale where ambiguity wasn’t an edge case. It was the operating condition.
After leaving corporate, she joined the board of RTE, a US-based emotional wellbeing nonprofit. Then a colleague’s introduction to CAST (the Conakry Academy of Science and Technology) in Guinea changed everything. What started as a venture to help young Guinean innovators solve real community challenges became something larger: the executives running the program were transformed just as profoundly as the young people in it. Three cohorts later, the work had produced a 40% cut in school transport costs and a deployed offline-first SMS platform.
That discovery became Sostibl’s foundation. Adaptability, cross-cultural fluency, resourcefulness under constraint: these are exactly the skills the AI era demands, and they can’t be taught in a classroom.
Mona was raised in India, is based in Stamford, CT, and is a mother of three. She’s practiced kickboxing for over eight years, the same discipline of resilience Sostibl is built to develop in others.
Andy Nichol

Andy is a technology leader whose path ran through physics, enterprise IT, and global media transformation, then three years on the ground in Guinea that reshaped how he thinks about leadership entirely.

Born in Broadstairs, England, he started as a research physicist before moving into IT in the late 1980s. Over decades at Microsoft and Dow Jones, he built large-scale services practices and led one of the most ambitious cloud migrations in media history, helping guide traditional print media toward real-time digital storytelling.
Andy now chairs the board at Pluralit and leads the CAST program at FCRS, the same program through which Sostibl’s Guinea cohorts operate. His involvement bridges the enterprise and community dimensions of the Impact Innovation Hub.

Andy’s three years working in Guinea forged the leadership instincts that now inform his advisory role at Sostibl, and his conviction that tolerance for uncertainty is the defining capability of the post-AI era.

He holds a double major in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Universidad de La Sabana in Colombia, and a Ph.D. in Business and Technology from Iowa State University. His research has appeared in the Leadership Quarterly, International Journal of Management Reviews, Journal of Management Studies, and the Journal of Business Ethics, among others.
He serves as Editor-in-Chief of the New England Journal of Entrepreneurship, and is Department Chair and Associate Professor at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. His academic work directly informs the rigor behind our assessment methodology, bringing research-grade credibility to the framework enterprise clients rely on.
