The Program
Six weeks. Real ventures. Measurable outcomes.
The Sostibl Impact Innovation Hub Program is a 6-week corporate leadership experience built around a live social enterprise incubator. Your leaders work alongside youth innovators from Guinea, with real ventures on the line and real people depending on the outcome.
Right for you if
Built for organizations ready to do this differently.
It is designed for companies that have leaders ready to be genuinely challenged, not just developed. Organizations that want a result they can point to, not a certificate. Companies that understand that the best leadership development happens in conditions that cannot be controlled or managed away.
Your leaders are mid-to-senior level and have run teams before
You want measurable outcomes, independently assessed
You are willing to commit to a 6-week intensive format with real deliverables
Your organization values impact that goes beyond your balance sheet
The 6 weeks
Three phases. One continuous experience.
The program moves through three distinct phases. Each builds on the last. There is no filler.
Weeks 1 and 2
Orient and Frame
No brief. No pre-packaged problem. Executives and youth co-designers learn to see the challenge together: building relationships, understanding the community, finding where the real problem is rather than where it appears to be.
Weeks 3, 4, and 5
Analyze and Build
The team develops a viable venture that addresses the social, economic, and environmental dimensions of the problem at once. Executives bring strategic experience. Youth bring community knowledge. Neither has the full picture without the other.
Week 6
Present and Prove
Teams defend their ventures against real criteria: Is it viable? Sustainable? Does it actually solve the problem? A judgment call made under uncertainty, in front of people who care about the outcome, with no safety net.
The 70%
What happens inside the Hub.
Seventy percent of this program is Hub Work.
Hub Work sessions bring corporate leaders and CAST youth innovators together to work on live social enterprise ventures: businesses designed to create lasting impact in Guinean communities. Leaders act as senior advisors and thinking partners. Youth bring their context, their ideas, and their stakes. The Hub is the incubator where those ventures get built, tested, and taken forward.
The combination creates conditions that cannot be manufactured in a classroom. Leaders face real cross-cultural dynamics, real resource constraints, and real accountability to people outside their professional networks. Every skill the program develops gets tested here, repeatedly, under conditions that are genuinely hard. This is where the 6 skills become real.

Our partner
The Conakry Academy of Software and Technology.
CAST is a technology academy based in Conakry, Guinea, dedicated to developing the next generation of African innovators and entrepreneurs. Youth innovators who participate in the Hub are CAST students and graduates: young people actively building ventures with the potential to impact their communities.
The CAST partnership is not a backdrop. It is the program. Without CAST youth and their ventures, there is no Hub. Their work gives the program its stakes. Their context gives it its depth.
How outcomes are measured
The Sostibl Catalyst Index™ and Convergence Score™.
Every participant is assessed using the Sostibl Catalyst Index™ — a proprietary framework that measures leadership capability across all 6 skills. Assessment happens at two points: at the start of the program (T0) and at the end (T6). The gap between the two is not self-reported. It is independently reviewed.
The output is the Sostibl Convergence Score™ — a composite measure of how each leader performed across the 6 skills under the conditions of the Hub. It reflects demonstrated capability, not stated intent. Leaders receive their Convergence Score at the end of the program. Organizations receive an aggregate view across their cohort.
It is not a ranking or a pass/fail result
It is not based on self-assessment
It is not a certificate. It is a measurement.
