Corporate Leadership Program
Six Weeks That Change
How Your Leaders Lead
A structured, embedded leadership experience that develops the capabilities AI cannot replicate — verified by an independent Sostibl Convergence Score™ at completion. Purchased from your L&D budget.
Who It Is For
Built for organisations ready to lead in the AI era
The Sostibl Corporate Leadership Program is designed for CHROs, CLOs, and L&D Directors who need to develop senior and high-potential leaders in ways that traditional programs fall short to deliver.
If your leaders need to perform in ambiguous, high-stakes environments — cross-border, cross-sector, or in markets where the rules aren’t written yet — this program gives them a live test environment and a verified score to show for it.
Program Structure
Three phases. One integrated experience.
Phase 1
Week 1–2
Orient & Frame
Participants are introduced to a live community challenge in Guinea, West Africa — a context defined by genuine complexity, limited resources, and real stakes. Working in cross-sector teams, they conduct an initial landscape assessment, identify the key constraints, and define their leadership approach for the program ahead.
Focus areas: Systems thinking, stakeholder mapping, leading without authority, ambiguity tolerance, cross-cultural communication.
Phase 2
Week 3–4
Analyze & Build
Executives work directly alongside youth innovators from FCRS and local community leaders to design and test practical solutions to the challenge. This is beyond simulation — teams are accountable for the outcomes they produce. Facilitators from Sostibl and FCRS guide structured reflection on leadership behaviors throughout.
Focus areas: Collaborative problem-solving, adaptive decision-making, building trust across difference, responsible resource allocation, coaching and developing others.
Phase 3
Week 5–6
Present & Prove
Teams present their outcomes and leadership approach to a panel of independent assessors. Results are evaluated against all six AI-proof leadership competencies. Each participant receives their individual Sostibl Convergence Score™ — a verified, portable record of what they demonstrated in a real-world context.
Focus areas: Evidence-based communication, articulating impact, leadership under scrutiny, translating community outcomes to business language.
What Participants Develop
Six AI-proof leadership capabilities
01
Adaptive Decision-Making
Acting with conviction in the absence of complete information — the defining skill of leaders in volatile markets.
02
Cross-Sector Trust Building
Establishing credibility and relationships across unfamiliar cultural, institutional, and sector boundaries.
03
Systems Thinking
Reading interconnected systems, identifying leverage points, and anticipating second-order consequences before acting.
04
Leading Without Authority
Mobilising people and resources through influence and purpose rather than hierarchy — essential in matrixed organisations.
05
Responsible Resource Allocation
Making principled decisions about where to invest time, money, and people — with accountability for outcomes that follow.
06
Impact Communication
Translating complex outcomes into language that lands with boards, investors, regulators, and communities alike.
All six competencies are assessed independently at T0 (program start) and T6 (completion). T+90 follow-up assessment available.

A score that measures tangible leadership development
Every participant who completes the program receives a Sostibl Convergence Score™ — an independently assessed, evidence-based measure of their leadership development across all six AI-proof competencies and both community and business outcome dimensions.
This is more than a certificate of attendance. It is a verified record of what your leader actually demonstrated under real conditions — reportable to your board, your CSR team, and your investors.
